Everyone’s challenges are slightly different based on your company size, team size and the maturity of your product marketing function. But, most client engagements look like one—or a mix—of these options:



When a full-time Product Marketing Director or VP just isn’t in the budget, I can fill in a fixed number of days a week to offer strategic guidance where it’s needed the most. 


Fractional engagements start off with a foundational assessment of your current product marketing function and GTM motion to identify the highest areas of impact. Then, we’ll align on a set of deliverables and timelines to put the audit recommendations into action.


If you have a specific project in mind where you’d like to have an experienced product marketing leader on board, we can create a statement of work that reflects your needs. 


Project-based engagements start off aligning on your goals and timelines to ensure we’re on the same page. These projects could include market research, product positioning, new product launch, sales enablement resources, or fine-tuning your ICP definition.



For teams that have a solo product marketer who is eager to level up their skills, I can build out a custom coaching plan to help them get where they want to go.


Mentorship engagements can take the shape of regular 1:1 coaching conversations over a set period of time. They may also be more project specific, where we work together to tackle a project that you’re actively working on right now.
